Yaks and mountains are two main sources of livelihood for those tribes residing in the harsh climatic conditions where agricultural practices are unsustainable. The Bjops and Brokpa are the two distinctive tribal groups who rely on yaks and mountains. This two resources are their heart and soul. Without them, there will not be any living tribes that adds to the unique culture of Bhutan.
