“Hello everyone. My name is Elon Musk. I was born in Pretoria, South Africa, and from a very young age I was curious about how the world works. As a child, I spent countless hours reading books, imagining the future, and wondering how technology could change humanity. I wasn’t the most popular kid in school. In fact, many times I felt like an outsider. I was bullied, misunderstood, and often told that my ideas were unrealistic. But those difficult moments shaped me into who I am today.
When I was a teenager, I discovered computers and programming. I remember teaching myself how to code and creating my first video game when I was just a kid. I sold that game for a small amount of money, but for me it was something much bigger—it was proof that ideas could turn into reality.
Later in life, I moved to the United States because I believed it was the place where big dreams could become possible.
